Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Investor’s Audit, we strive to deliver quality tax, audit, and financial services tailored to each client’s needs. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before engaging our services.

1. Service-Based Engagement

Due to the nature of our business, where each service involves customized professional consultation, all fees paid are considered compensation for time, effort, and expertise provided. Therefore, refunds are generally not applicable once services have commenced or been delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:

• A duplicate payment was made in error.
• The service was not initiated and a written cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of payment.
• A service was pre-paid but never rendered due to internal error or inability to deliver.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Completed consultations, audits, or reports
• Tax filing or certification services already processed
• Government fees or third-party service charges
• Services where work has already begun
• Customized advisory or compliance services

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel scheduled services by notifying us in writing at least 48 hours in advance. If cancelled later than this, a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the agreed fee) may be applicable.

5. Changes to Booked Services

Changes or rescheduling of services must be requested at least 24–48 hours prior to the original appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but this is subject to availability and does not guarantee rescheduling without cost.
